Share Your Blessings

 Blessings are all around  you.  The trick is to be able to or take the time to recognize them.  Seeing life as a vessel filled with unlimited blessings puts your thoughts into a higher place where it is much easier to recognize and acknowledge the many blessings that come your way each and every day.

 The more you talk about your blessings the more your mind and heart are filled with gratitude.  The more this happens the more blessings you attract to your life.  



It is said that happiness is illusive.  Actually, it is not but it seems to be that way because it is not something you can force.  Happiness is defined as a state of well-being and contentment. It is more of a realization than an action.  Just take a moment to reflect on your blessings and see if happiness doesn't sweep over you. 



Blessings are not something that you can loose if share them.  The more you try to reach out and bless someone else the more blessings that will come your way.

Your belief system contains your own  affirming, thought  patterns. These patterns may or may not be life-affirming. They may not be patterns that will result in a happy and full existence. If your belief system (or the conclusions you have come to are based on the thoughts you choose to ponder) is positive or life-affirming then the result will be a happy one. If on the other hand your belief system is filled with negativity, directive thought patterns, when fed to the brain will open the door to illness.  This thought pattern will ultimately result in an  attack of  disease  which causes great harm to the functions of the body. Silly Putty of the Soul...Bad Habits Are Meant To Be Broken

The big question is, "How, how do I turn myself around.?" Here is a very excellent article I found that is very helpful.  Please check it out. The Habit Change Cheatsheet : 29 Ways to Successfully Ingrain a Behavior This is from the article, "The simple steps of habit change : 1. Write down your plan . 2. Identify your triggers and replacement habits . 3. Focus on doing the replacement habits every single time the triggers happen, for about 30 days."
